★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Romba & Scooba I-robot user. I have been used them for more than 5 years. Until now, I am very happy towards their ( I-robot ) performance and services. Romba I-robot vaccum the floor very clean because my house got a lot of dust and it need less maintenance, I am very enjoy using it because when I came back from work or shopping, Romba will finishing vaccum my floor. Scooba hepls to mop my floor, I enjoy step on the floor when after Scooba had mop it, it is so smooth and clean. I love both of them.
Besides that, I would like to say thank you to Mr Chong too. This is because Mr Chong helps me a lot in solving my I-robot's problem. He will not reject my call even I called him at night time, his rest day or during his tea time with friends. Sometimes, he can't answer my question as I-robot's office is closed on Sunday, he promised to call back on Monday, everytime he would honour his promise. Such excellent services nowadays are rarely happen. Therefore, I felt thankful to have a technician or a friend like Mr Chong.
He is so experience that by telling him my problems. he would knows which parts of my I-robot need to be change. He would advise me which and what parts of I-robot need to be change so that it will be more cost saving to me too. Mr Chong, you are GREAT !!!
Having I-robot and sales support like Mr Chong, I-robot brand name will move forward to another higher level.
