He even go to the extra length to help assemble and teach how to operate the pressure washer that i bought. Good example which should be emulated by other showroom. Keep up the good work. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a house vacuum cleaner karcher model VC3. The parts are so fragile and hardly last half a year. Couldn't send & request for fixing last year due to MCO. It is still less than a year today, The vacuum hot air filter cover broke on its own and i don't know where to get the replacement. Also the hose base on the vacuum body also broke. How and where can I get the parts replacement??
