★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank teruk. Tunggu lama padahal 3 org je. Lepas tu tau sistem down bukak lagi kaunter. Aku kena balik kejar branch lain. Dh la kat wall, gantung gambar rasmi kerajaan yg dah outdated
 Bad bank. Wait a long time even though there are 3 people. Then you know the system down open the counter again. I have to go back to another branch. Dh la kat wall, hang an outdated official picture of the government

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to the worst bank experience I have had so far. On 28 January new board rates were published on their website and it states 3.7% for full amount FD placements more than 12 months. I called up the branch she said 3.7% with a 80% FD and 20% CASA split. Due to my previous bad experience at this bank, I chatted online with the customer service, she came back with 4 different stories - 1) Branch can decide what rates to give. I told them these are board rates, not promotional rates. 2) Which bank follows board rates? No answer from her 3) These are applicable to only existing customer. I am an existing customer 4) We are not offering any FD more than 11 months. As you can see from the print screen and what is online these 4 stories from her contradicts with what is put online. Today I get a call from The Curve branch manager, she still insists it is a 80:20 split. I called Affin Bank customer service manager she has a different story - only 11 months is offered at 3.65%. I told her I need an answer today. It is now close of bank business. So this explains why I am venting on FB. Affin Bank is doing false advertising. These are board rates meaning all banks follow these rates. They dupe customers thinking it is 3.7% interest and when you have transferred all your monies, you either get so angry and go to another bank losing 1 to 3 days interest or just give up and put the money in. My advise never ever put your money in Affin Bank. LIARS. MANIPULATOR! IRRESPONSIBLE. I am reporting you to Bank Negara!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of the SCAMMER, they use this number to contact you and pretend your loan is approved.. furthermore, they will ask to pay in cash for stamp duty before they can proceed with the loan.. NO BANKS WILL ASK YOU TO PAY UPFRONT.. never trusted the scammer using this number.. you may call the bank, but if you received call from this number, be careful.. they did cross lines..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there's competition of slowest bank in Malaysia, perhaps this Affin bank can win gold medal. Bring your own pen , since this bank is so insecure, they don't even prepare pen for customers ( but expecting us customers to put money in their bank , trusting them )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ me and my neighbors were scammed by a affin account scammer. To avoid more customers/peoples become victims like me, I am kind heart to affin bank telling them about this fraud case. However, one of the Affin Lady staff telling me with Bad Manner, ask me go back to your bank (Originating bank) to make report, not come to affin bank (scammer account's bank) as this account not at another branch. No wonder this world got so many scammers , because of this kind of person and police also telling me they cannot do anything due to account is company account.
You think I am so free spending my time come over bank?? I can ignore it and just let your bank to have more fraud case.
As a bank staff, your responsible service customers better and protect bank reputation. But You Are Not
