★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in order to speak to the person-in-charge, the person who answered the phoned disconnected the call before I even finish talking. When I called back and ask why did he do that, he answered "I need to wait till you speak finish is it?" and he disconnected the line again. What if I acquire services? Hopeless! Is this how a frontline personnel treats another person? If the frontline is like this, how would the top people be? Horrible service. FYI, the call was made by me on the 10th of November 2017, 3.35pm. I couldnt get hold of his name.
