★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a long time customer for Innovedge. Recently I was just looking at their website to get a new maid because my current maid is going back after working for 4 years for me. So far Innovedge has provided their service to me very well. For my current maid, initially she has some homesick but after I send her to Innovedge for some counselling, the problem was solved and she work for my family for almost 4 years now! By chance I came across some of the reviews for innovedge and I am surprised to see some of them are very negative. I think some employers just like to put all blames to the agency for anything with their maid and I think that is really not very reasonable. We paid the agency to get us a maid (they did their job!) but employers also should play some role to educate and manage the maid because she stay and work with us and not with the agency! I strongly recommend Innovedge to anyone who wants to get a maid because they are reliable and professional.

Innovedge has a large database of maids and being able to provide biodata and interview videos made it much easier for me to make my selection. My agent, Stella, has been very helpful and I am very happy with the quality of maids provided.

To be honest, before I made my decision of which agency to choose, I had done many researches online and I saw Innovedge have the most Google reviews among all the agencies in Malaysia, some are very good but some of them are very negative. At first I was quite sceptical about this agency. Anyhow I decided to give it a try by making some enquiries to them. To my surprise, they handle my enquiry very professionally, especially Ms Christie, their manager. She guided me on my selection of biodata and really give me a lot of good advices. This is really in contrast to some of the negative Google reviews about her. In fact their pricing is even slightly higher than the others, but finally we decided to proceed with them, and I am very happy that my maid arrived after about 2 and a half months time. So far I am very satisfied with my maid from Innovedge. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to hire a maid.

My maid's contract is due and I had to arrange her back to her home country, Innovedge's team, especially Christie, was very helpful to guide me through the whole process when times are tough in MCO. Most importantly, I am really impressed that they are able to sustain till now with the whole lockdown as well as the borders are closed till now. Highly recommended!

Their service was top notch, staffs were polite and helpful which they managed to complete their task diligently and punctually. Huge shoutout to Mam Christie. To be frank, I was impressed that even during COVID, this agency still stands tall and provide their best to us customers!

Innovedge team assisted me for all the procedures and paper works to send her back even during lockdown in the pandemic. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my maid through Innovedge and my maid arrived in Malaysia middle of 2019. She was supposed to finish her contract by this month, June 2021. I have selected a new maid from Innovedge but due to the pandemic the processing cannot be started yet. So, I tried to convince my maid to stay for another 1 year. At first she is not willing but after I asked for the help from Innovedge’s manager, Ms Christie to speak to her and explained to her, my maid finally agreed to stay back! It is really a great help for me as I am a working father with 1 young kid. Great job Christie and thank you Innovedge for your excellent service!

Both Madam Christy & Mr David are very professional & responsive and patiently reply to my queries & provide me with all the help that I needed. When I first used their services in 2012, they couldn’t supply me with the helper on time as the girl that I chose had some problems with passport in he Philippine and Mdm. Christy gave me a temporary helper as she empathies with me who was 7 months pregnant at that time. Since then, I have stay put with Innovedge until now. They will try their best to solve all our problems and very accommodating to our never ending requests. I have also recommended them to my friends & colleagues. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for good quality & professional helpers.
