Be WARNED!!! Once they have your money they won't take your calls or reply to your emails. I can only assume the 3 positive references above are from friends or staff as this company has no idea about customer care. Best avoided.

Hi, I remembered that you have been so confidently stated in your Facebook that you welcomed comments and reviews and you would not disable your review function in Facebook because you have more than 1200 customers, and yet today we couldn't find any reviews in your Facebook page. Let me recap part of your reply here from FB (which you've deleted ALL). "Hi we hv not encounter such bad employer like you. You are so cruel and inhumaneyou hv chased the maid out of the house (PLS mind your words. CHASE?!) wt no money given on hand thank god a road side kind hearted stranger hv helped the maid to bring her all the way from ipoh to KL. You hv abuse the maid by not giving sufficient rest, food, salary and hold her passport without her permission (PLS investigate before making any judgement). Our agency hv reserve the right to take legal action against you under the human trafficking act. Kindly refer this matter to your lawyer. Regards to your agreement how can you sign an agreement blindly without reading the terms and conditions (yes, and that's why we've requested for the same agreement we've signed). We have the same agreement (ARE YOU SURE it's the SAME?!) to all our employers to protect the maids welfare (and the AGENCY). The maid hv worked wt you for 8mths if you hv problem you should bring her to the agency during the 1st 3mths. Our legal team will write to you in 3 working days and also for the defamations suit on this Facebook posting. Our agency will not tolerate with employers like you. If the biodata is fake you should return the maid immediately not keeping her for 8mths and chase her out of the house (again, mind your words!). Very unreliable and unresponsive. Flaky and mercenary. The agency rates are higher than other agencies, and without real justification. After selecting and confirming a candidate from their data base, they came up with the usual "sales pitch" that the candidate had another interested party and if the down payment was not made immediately the candidate could be claimed by "the other interested party" ......Very disappointing business ethics.

YDS is the worst maids agency consisting of unprofessional staff in respect of the attitudes and manners of dealing with the clients being pathetic. Don't ever approach that agency. I waited for the maid for over six months without updating me on the status of the maid's application. They have to learn the concept of professionalism, management skills.etc before running the operations of the agency.

Hands down the worst agency I had to deal with. Prices are significantly higher than other agents with nothing to justify the higher rate. The fast process is a joke as they don't deliver what they claim. Attempts to reply to a review made 1-2 years ago. This is how efficient YDS is. The employee Anna actually shouted at my mother and belittled her because she spoke broken English. I will not use this agency ever again and I would recommend that you avoid them at all cost. Even the replies from YDS on the reviews are confrontational. How many agencies do you see threat reviewers with a lawsuit?

Thanks for the excellent maid... the processing was very fast and deposit is RM500 only... i read the review below and worried but the reviews below is completely a fake story just they wanted to destroy the agency name. I was very satisfied with overall process of the maid application and till the delivery. However is not easy to sell human being how good the agency are but it still a luck on getting a good house maid... they also explained about the review below issue with all the letter and emails from the employer who wrote bad review. They just wanted to threaten the agency by not paying salary for the maid. This agency fought till end to get back the passport and the salary of the maid. My salute to this agency.
