Henna is a very professional make up artist, for my short hair. Rain very energetic and experience photographer to guide us the pose, make us laugh for a more natural facial expression ? ? overall experience in My Dream Wedding Malaysia

β β β β β Sorry to say that I'm really disappointed with the way i was treated by My Dreams Wedding staff at the Expo in Midvalley today. As I'm here to survey for my "coming wedding" however when the staff felt that I am just here to survey first... the way I was served is different. When I sense this, I did cut the story short by telling the staff that I'm here to survey and not paying my deposit during my first time surveying. I am considerate enough to tell them straight that I'm not going to put my deposit during my first visit and here to survey so that they won't really focus on closing the deal with me. However, even the black & white leaflet the staff told me non of the wedding counter here will give out.... then what's the purpose of printing the black & white leaflet after the staff has put some note on it, or is it i need to confirm my deal then only the piece of black & white leaflet will be given to me?? I felt like being despised. Wedding is a happy moment and so on... however I felt that My Dream Wedding doesn't give me the vibe and they gave me the arrogant wedding studio feel, am not going to recommend to anyone I know as I want their wedding experience to be happy and not to be treated differently and stressed. "Please do note that all these are base on my own experience at Mid Valley Expo today and sorry if I have offended anyone here by leaving my genuine feedback here".

β β β β β My fiance and I are extremely proud of the services offered and the wide selection of beautiful dresses and gowns. It has definitely made our wedding gown and tuxedo selection less stressful and fun with the three jovial ladies name Carmen, Lemon and Belle belle.
They made the environment fun filled with their laughters and great suggestions where my fiance and I felt very comfortable in.
?Thank you Carmen for helping me choose my dresses and for accommodating to my request and concerns. You patience is very much appreciated throughout the time I was there. It was very nice to have you as part of our wedding journey. Stay awesome!

β β β β β Special thanks to my wedding gown selection consultant Harpye.
She is patience and helpful in assisting me to select all my favourite gowns which took us around 8hours for the whole process. She assisted me and my husband (from gown/tuxedo selection to gown/tuxedo changing) from 3pm to 11pm without complaining and giving up her dinner time with her family in chor eight.
Great to have Harpye as the consultant. Definitely will recommend her to my friends to come over to my dream wedding Damansara and lucky enough to be her clients. ?
