★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall is good, can give a try, but prepared your wallet, their food is premium price.
Their dining table for 4 person seat, a bit small, not suitable if you want to order many on early stage. If for 2 person dining just perfect.
Staff service is average. The staff lack of warm service attitude, like a simple SMILE to greeting the customer.
Take note; their sauces section have additional charges/person. Maybe i overlooked the signage, but the staff should pre inform the customer too. (don't worry just 1 ringgit, haha)
Yes, come to the most important THE FOOD.
Soup base is taste good, and dont underestimate their spicy hot pot, wait until the end. The food selection quite a lot, from meats to veggies. But again the price is premium, especially on the veggies and stuffed selection. This is Very Premium price for the ala cart order steamboat, almost can pair with HDL.
The price, still need to comment? If you willing to spend money on food, go give a try, if not stay away... Mine bill, 3 person 150.00..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were the first and only table at 6.30pm to celebrate friend birthday but the entire dinner experience was a mega disappointment and disaster. The service was a messed and extremely slow! By 8pm, we only had ordered less than 10 items yet 30% of the items never came. Majority of the time we were merely waiting for the food. They didn’t had the courtesy to inform that certain items were out of stock until we followed up. Worse of all, the sou had cockroach in it and the manager never came to apologise or offer any compensation! I would have given a 0 rating if it’s available because they don’t deserve even 1 star.

only major issue is the kitchen isnt able to cater to dinner peak hours...we had to wait so long for the hotpot dishes to be served to us, and it came one by one..and we had to wait so long for the final dish
smthing needs to be done in the kitchen to be able to meet peak hours

The moment i tried their first sip of the soup (esp tomato soup) i was like omgggg this is the best tomato soup that i ever tasted. It was so thick and rich smell nice too .food didnt disappointment me too, must try their Shrimp & Fish paste was amazingly fresh. I ordered their famous dessert also taste Great ?? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommend for their pumpkin soup. Food is alright, source is RM1.80 per person and is optional. Wet tissue also optional. The water charged RM1 per glass and is non-refillable. Overall the experience was good. 2 persons cost us about RM143.
