★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Optika by chance one evening and was impressed with how passionate and knowledgeable Darren was because I had absolutely no idea what kind of glasses I wanted or needed. He took the time to explain about the design, fit, workmanship and suitability of each pair of glasses. He also did a thorough eye check up in the process. Thank you Darren, I would say you're the best optometrist that I've met so far in my 24 years of wearing glasses. Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so surprised to see the variant of safety glasses they have. It is not easy to find shop that have safety glass…many choices with reasonable price..also my hsbd make new glasses for short sighted and he liked it a lot..recommended shop for glasses!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service by Darren, Jane and Rashdan. Gosh I hope I got their names right. They entertained my husband's fussiness about his spectacles and informed us of the difference of each items well. We felt able to make good judgement within our budget. Difficult parking but they have reserved 1 spot for customers, which is really great.
Definitely recommend their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent optical store. Premium looking set up with premium products but at an affordable price! The service is impeccable and swift. I was attended to by Mun Yee who aided me in searching high and low for the right glasses frame. After some detailed eyesight check, she was able to answer my questions on sight issues while showing me illustrations so i could understand them better. Very knowledgeable. Would greatly recommend anyone looking for a pair of glasses (or shades) to pay Optika a visit. Have a look see and have a feel without pressure, they won't press you for sales.
