★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay in Kuala Lumpur. The location is awesone, right in the middle of china town. Then the staff is very friendly, always available to help, normally is very quiet place to rest, and being in china town, there are a lot of restaurantes nearby, for good prices. Also the metro is so close, very covinient. Totally reccommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The setup itself is good but the manager of the place decided to raise her voice against my mum which clearly had not done anything intentionally to deserve it (plus I've worked in hospitality enough to know the first rule of it , never raise your voice, which isn't honoured here). Such behaviour is simply unacceptable.
This encounter was further more absurd since the manager preceded to lecture us on respect while no one had intervened in the 3 days we stayed there in the local young couples meeting up in the affordable rooms to noisily make use of their visual privacy which literally made the partitions between the rooms shake.
If you want a quiet place to rest this is not where you should head, but the location is great and the other staff were respectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to live in. Meet new people and drop by when ur travelling for a short stay. The owners are very much friendly supportive and helpful in helping us get acclamatised to new place. We get good and clean and tidy accomodation. They have few rules which when followed help us in getting a comfortable stay. U can drop by anytime there. They have travel guides placed at reception and nice small area where we can snack in any time. No hotel/kitchen to cook ourselves up. They provide hot water which can be used to cook any cup-a-soup hot noodles etc. Very beautiful place to stay in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok for one night. Good location, the bed took up the whole room but the mattress was comfy.
Wasn’t impressed by the staff who had music playing on their phone until well after midnight. We had to ask the guy at the front desk to turn it down as our room was right behind where they sit and the door has big slits in it. Not long after that, the guy in the room next door came out to complain as well.
Walls are made of cardboard. Wouldn’t recommend if you are a light sleeper. Overall nothing special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place looks good but its very small. The common place is cool but litteraly just next the rooms. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything even people snoring. The rooms are very small but clean. You don't want to hang out there. The hotel is well located, close to petaling street and the free bus station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very decent and cozy. Staff is friendly. There is even free coffee and tea. Very convenient as it's near the MRT and LRT pasar seni. Only thing is that our room was near the shared bathroom so it was quite noisy and distracting at times. Find it hard to sleep a little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place would easily score a 4 star but my experience was marked by a very loud group in the common area. Even with earplugs, it was impossible to sleep as the walls of the pod like rooms are very thin. Also, a single room was actually a normal room with a bunk bed. The location is great and can be seen from the metro platform. Also, all Chinatown food is very, very close and free buses run from less than 400m down the street. Shared facilities were cleaned daily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic stay at Agosto! The place is very conveniently located. Just a few steps from Pasar Seni station and within walking distance of Central Market the the shopping streets. Lots of good food nearby, 7-11 just out the front door. The hostel itself is very clean. The bunks are quite large, plenty of space in the bed with individual electrical outlets and lamps. They also provide locker with key. The bathrooms are kept clean, nice hot water. Wifi works well. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again,
