★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During CMCO March 2021, super slow customer service and nobody to bother engaging with customers who are waiting. There should be someone on standby to deal with easy matters such as document drop-off or submission, and also any simple enquiries, bypassing the slow number queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a queue system that doesn’t work! Ask me to leave my number and call me when it’s my turn but then people behind in line goes in first? Is it call me when it’s my turn or call me when it’s convenient for you?
If you can’t handle rush hour then hire more staffs? Simple logic yet difficult to see in these times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service than govt offices. Only two officers handle all inquiries. I and my wife came at 1143 and waited for more than 1 hour for my turn. Around 1230 one of them went to lunch. If I just bought a policy, I would definitely terminate them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To change payment method for policy require to walk in. Wait time was longer than govt department. Average consultation is about 45mins. Wonder how many customer can u serve per day. What a let down from a big insurance company. Speaking of providing best service to customer. Maybe should start from improving the CS experience here first.
