β β β β β Some ingredients which I wanted to try (e.g. pig blood) was oos when I got there at 11am plus. However, I still enjoyed the curry mee. It was especially tasty after a good hike at penang hill!

β β β β β There goes a saying "good wine beeds no bush", which I feel equally applicable for good food too. Located in the alley, this establishment offers great bowl of penang Curry noodle, that packed with great flavors and even more on the spiciness. Portion was good too, albeit the down to earth price tag.

β β β β β *Parking here can be a bit of a challenge. If you arenβt able to find a street parking, consider going few streets down to try your luck in the neighbourhood street parking.
**If youβre coming on a weekend, try coming in Saturday morning instead of Sunday if possible as there is a Sunday market that will cause you even more challenges in parking.
*** You should try to come as early as you can as they were sold out within 2-3 hours after opening.
Ambience:
Although it is within the market area, it is situated a bit out in an alley-ish area to the side so you donβt get too much of the cars honking right beside your face. The place can be a bit wet and dirty, however that is to be expected for a roadside stall experience and as long as you can look past a bit of it thatβs alright.
Service:
Basically self-order, so nothing much to say here. However, they were pretty chill about us getting more chilli paste for the dish so that was nice of them.
Food:
Pretty great! The style of curry mee was more towards the white Penang soup curry style and itβs the type of style and quality I was expecting for a Penang curry mee. You wonβt regret the taste of it.
Price:
Canβt remember what the price exactly was but it wasnβt too unreasonable (Think somewhere in the region of RM4-7?). For the taste you are getting itβs definitely worth the price.
Conclusion:
Would I come back here for this? Definitely yes. This is the quintessential type of curry mee most people would be expecting for Penang and you wonβt regret coming here.

β β β β β One of the famous curry mee. Have been passed down to the younger generation, they are very polite and serves quite quickly. Taste is good and portion is good too for a RM5 per bowl. Caution: SAMBAL CAN BE SPICY TO SOME PEOPLE, so for those who can't take spicy, you may ask for less/ separate/ no sambal. Also please bring your tissue
Only minus 1 star due to poor dine-in space. Some customers take the mee to other stalls to eat. Definitely will come again tho. Haha

β β β β β If you are visiting Penang, one of most talk about the Sisters Curry Mee. The Sisters Curry Mee is one of the famous one which is at the Ayer Itam Bridge. And this curry mee cooked over a charcoal stove.
And this time, we are back for some curry mee of course! The soup not really thick but it have the aromatic hint of coconut and curry blend in it. The bowl of curry mee is served with the noodles, cuttle fish, coagulated pig blood and tauhu-pok and the curry paste. Indulge this sinfully addictive bowl of curry noodles and you will totally in love with them.
