β β β β β Location pretty far from town it's ok but no any food surrounding and the hotel food simply hopeless or worthless the money paid for I would say even my pet will not eat that kind of food. Other then that everything else is good

β β β β β Great place if you want to chill out and relax. Love the well swimming pool. Good for family or friwnds getaway. There are also aircon beds tents with attached bath room and toilet

β β β β β Poor food options, 4 choices "Fried rice, Pasta Carbonara, Thai Green curry, Chicken in red sauce" both lunch and dinner throughout the stay, what a pity. Food taste was average. It's challenging to dine outside the resort due to the secluded location.
Poor private pool maintenance, really dirty, it's a waste paying for the room with pool as we couldn't even dip into it.
Toiletries have only a combination of shower and shampoo in one bottle and toothbrush set. No shower cap, comb, conditioner, cotton bud..etc
2 stars given to the responsive conceige via WhatsApp, a friendly waiter and the spa experience. Public pool with spa facilities was good too.
I wouldn't recommend the place for family with young kids, there's lots of inconvenience around the place especially the walkway towards the room, more over the food option, nothing kids can eat.
Oh...house keeping ring the door bell numerous time at 830am disturbed the peaceful sleep, don't think every guests are morning bird.
With the price it charged, I don't think it worth the time. No Wellness you can expect from it

β β β β β I like the wellness concept, however it's located in tropical Malaysia - very hot and humid, so I can't really focus on wellness and clearing the mind. The heat and humidity just made me want to escape into an air-con environment. One important point to note: it's so far out that you might not even get 4G signal. This may be good or bad, if you really want to escape from the hustle and bustle, this might be a good opportunity to disconnect. Rooms are fairly old but still clean. There aren't any shops in the area, so getting an outside meals means driving out to Malacca Town (1hr drive). And the songs in the karaoke room are not very updated.

β β β β β love the spacious room, private pool and friendly staffs. the olympic size pool also great with water jets and floats. the public library also so cozy. love their passport system (includes activities to do, places to go etc)

β β β β β Truly blessed to have my wedding matrimony at Orchard Wellness Resort Poolside, professionally organised by the resort team, and having the privilege to experience their T Stage setup in the pool! A wonderful experience with great Thai food and warm hospitality! Special thanks to the management and staff who are fully committed to ensure all things are in orderοΌHighly recommended and definitely no regrets to have my once in a life time event here!

β β β β β The villa was gorgeous and overall very comfortable. The public pool, library and gym is clean and neat. The best part was their massage services. It was an extremely relaxing stay especially with such kind hotel staffs

β β β β β A lovely retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Calm and serene environment, surrounded by greenery! Rooms & Villas are extraordinary! 1st class! All staffs are extremely. Note: Get foodstuffs earlier as it is a little far to travel for it and their kitchen closes at 9pm.
