★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible cheapo airline. Does not warn foreigners purchasing tickets from them that visa will be required for any transits that was merely for an hour. Purchased tickets from many other airlines and they clearly inform the buyers of any visa requirement for the flight booked. There was not a single information from AirAsia purchase steps. Check in went fine and only until the stage of printing boarding pass, their system just refuses to with the most vague unhelpful error message ever. Cannot board and ticket was burned completely and easy money earned for AA. Customer service is avoiding replying to the complaint. I would give negative 10 stars if there was an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bloody thieves , I purchased 2 tickets flying abroad , my flight were cancel due to COVID-19 conditions , they asked me to do money refund , i applied for that several times , yet it has been more than a year, and they still didn't return the money around 600$ . WHAT SHOULD I DO GUYS ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic airline existing. None of flights are in time, no customer care nor any policies to cover anything when flights are delayed or cancelled. "Worlds best low cost airline" is biggest joke imaginable. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
