β β β β β Came to know about this place when I was still with ClassPass. Ann Nee is a great instructor, like how she focuses on the smallest things (ie. Index fingers on the ground, arching of back) which becomes building blocks/fundamentals of the more advanced poses. The environment of the classes as a whole are encouraging and positive which makes practice very delightful!
