Trusted n reliable. Been using their services for decades. No doubt that there r times parcel delayed but it is solved/attended in a professional way. 5stars still. Would giv u a 6stars if shop refurbish a little though...hahaha...

Super slow delivery! I hv been wait for my parcel since Monday until today and still can't receive it! Call few times to the office and said my parcel was out for delivery. Asking the staff for the reason and he answered me - tidak Ada masa... Wow such a good reason! It was a very disappointed service and I think the management should look into it and solve the problem for customer!

Phone are always on busy line, kept on update incomplete address but no one call or answer the phone. Why bother running this business when you don't want to delivery? Why don't you Inform HQ and ask them to not send your branch anything need to go far than 10km or close instead?! Full of negative feedback on FB page and Google, and never bother to improve.

For the first time , I have 4 big box items , and the delivery man just leave it outside my shop . And I’m alone need to take the 4 big boxes inside my shop. Aren’t this your job too ?? And this time , he will take inside for me . But , I got 5 parcels, so I need to chop 5 times and signs. I would get confused where to sign , and, I did signed wrong , and I got scold by the delivery man ??? Ridiculous!! I really can’t take this , am I purposely sign at wrong place or I did something really bad ? Why should I paid money and get scold like this ?? Really?? seriously your shipping is fast , but I won’t choose this company again . Bad service!!!

Their delivery service is not slow, but their customer service is so low. They never give a call when arrive doorstep, phone number is available on parcel. But never call. And give me excuses with they have a lot of customer how to call one by one? Sorry then. I will never use again because Pos Office is better than you.

Asked for the second attempt, and then told me can't promise and my parcel too heavy,it's the best to come and collect.... Hello? This is the reason why I call you for second attempt? Waited for the parcel to come and come at 9pm or even late. No more next time after the last parcel.

Their delivery service is suckssss!!!!! Attitude very bad!!!! The service totally not worth the money!!!! Confirm again and again with them whether my parcel can reach the next day they said sure can. But now after 24 hours I called to ask they said the parcel still in KL hub!!!!! What the hell!!!! On 24th August I take my parcel to them, they said the next day 25th sure can reach Kedah, so I decided to take thief delivery service, even if the charges is expensive RM55 but I'm willing to pay because they said they are fast enough!!!!! But now they said on 25th August parcel still in KL hub, 25th night only will transit to Kedah!!!! HELLOOOOO????!!!!! THIS IS SO CALLED CAN REACH THE NEXT DAY?????!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!! IRRESPONSIBLE!!!! MY FROZEN FOOD INSIDE WORTH RM1000+!!!!!!!! Who wants to take the responsibility if my food spoiled? WHO?????!!!!!! Please, never ever use those delivery service!!!!!! Attitude also not friendly?!!! Hello I didn't owe you money I pay you so much to let you being not friendly to me????!!!!!! USELESS DELIVERY SERVICE!!! DISSATISFIED!!!! DISAPPOINTED!!!!

What has been promised cannot be done. Irresponsible and bad attitude. Call no pick up messages seen but no reply. My parcel was damaged badly when reach to the destination, cannot be consumed anymore but they never offer any compensation or even apologise. They just act like nothing happen after receiving complain. If you want your parcel to reach safe and sound to destination, please don't use their service or else you got to worry about your parcel all day long. Why pay so much money to get yourself worry? Airpak Express? Should be Airpak Lambat baru betul.
