β β β β β A heart doesn't want to give it, the service is really BAD BAD BAD, Does your company's STAFF treat customers with this attitude? The tone is not good at all, just like quarreling with people, the same address can be sent by other mail companies, you can't find it in your home, the first time using nationwide makes people feel sick. You still use your STAFF Your company must be degraded.

β β β β β 0 star rating given to ur IPOH staff name SHAM. I am ok if parcel reach late/delayed but talking to your staff name SHAM makes me feel frustrated and angry. Terrible way of answering phone calls. Customer is asking for the parcel status and please bear in mind that we (customer) are only able to ask the parcel status since we have given the parcel to your company to deliver. PLEASE BE PATIENT to answer customer who calls u just to demand an answer of the parcel status. Please change your ATTITUDE --- SHAM. BE MORE FRIENDLY. NOT THE FIRST TIME CALLED U, HAPPENED MANY TIMES ALREADY BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, Will call your Nationwide Careline to complain about your attitude if you are STILL stick with this NOT FRIENDLY, NOT PATIENT ENOUGH ATTITUDE.

β β β β β I saw review of this company while I looking for their contact number to track for my parcel.
I was like, meh? 1 star? that bad?
Now I found out, not even worth 1 star.
Should be HORRIBLE out of 5.
My parcel has been stuck with them since 17March and even if RMO, i didnβt expect it to hold my parcel for so long!
I called them recently and the staff scolded me for reminding my sender about the parcel.
Her attitude is the worst customer service I have seen/ heard.
Please, any business partner of this company out there. Stop using their services and look for any better one. Your customers do not enjoy their services.

β β β β β The staff is very rude and urge my mom to give him IC number quickly. VERY IMPOLITE AND IMPATIENT! After my mom took the parcel and talked to me, the staff shouted "APA ?" to my momοΌNo wonder your service get very low rate, BAD SERVICE!?

β β β β β Very poor service, delivered my parcel to other place. Even the receiver's
address, company name and Attention person is different but still passed my parcel to the unknown people. I have to go to "unknow and meanβ place to get my opened parcel. there is few document missing from the parcel. Is that how your train your dispatch guys?
