โ โ โ โ โ Spectacular beef steaks marinated to perfection that melts in your mouth, paired with excellent service, a wide spread of all equally great tasting food (all 4 of us order different items as well as the "dirty" fries and all of them tasted superb!), cozy ambiance, easy parking, refreshing unique and tasty mocktails and most importantly: affordable prices! AJ Bakar House is at the top of my recommendations list of eateries to visit in Kulim. Thank you to the lovely staff and owner. I loved my experience waring in your humble shop and wish you all of the success in these trying times! :)

โ โ โ โ โ We were on our back from Kelantan to Penang. We thought of making a stop at kulim for food. Unfortunately the first two restaurants that were on our list were closed.
That's when we stumbled upon this hidden gem! We had the batang Pinang steak, beef brisket, grilled salmon and lamb chop. They were all delicious. Taste was good and portion was big. With the quality of food and taste, I'd say prices were cheap! The staffs were very friendly too! Will definitely come here again in the future.
The bakar house is small, so would recommend calling in advance before coming, to either book a place or to check in with them if they have any seats available.
If you're in Kulim, would definitely recommend coming here to try their food!
