★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf kalau ada tersalah/ terkasar kata dalam saya memberi review dan review ini hanya merujuk kepada sekolah cawangan ini saja; tidak cawangan lain. Cara & layanan pihak sekolah agak mengecewakan. Komunikasi antara pihak sekolah & ibubapa juga tak berapa telus. Tenaga pengajarnya OK, tapi pengurusan sekolah nya menduga iman, menyakitkan hati saya & mengecewakan. Saya seorang bapa yang kebiasaannya neutral dalam hal sekolah anak. Tapi tidak disini.
Kalau anda jenis ibu bapa yang sekadar ingin menghantar anak untuk dijaga & dipantau supaya anda boleh pergi bekerja, ini boleh jadi tempat yang sesuai untuk anda. Tapi jika anda jenis ibu bapa yang mahu tahu perkembangan anak, mahu ambil tahu keadaan anak di sekolah, mahu lihat kemajuan anak anda, saya kira expectation anda itu terlalu tinggi jika masih mendaftarkan anak disini.

Sorry if there is a mistake/ rude word in my review and this review only refers to this branch school only; not another branch. The way & service of the school is a bit disappointing. Communication between the school and parents is also not very transparent. Her teaching staff is OK, but her school management suspects faith, hurts me & disappoints. I am a father who is usually neutral when it comes to children’s schooling. But not here.
If you are the type of parent who just wants to send a child to be looked after & monitored so you can go to work, this could be the right place for you. But if you are the type of parent who wants to know the child's development, want to know the child's condition at school, want to see your child's progress, I think your expectations are too high if you still register your child here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assalamualaikum, here's my honest review after almost a year my daughter has been placed here in ALKAUTHAR (AMPANG BRANCH).
Please take note, this review is only valid for AMPANG BRANCH as the owners are different for every branches.
UPDATE
The way school update the parents was disappointing. System that has been said to develop still not exist until school closed for the year. Reports in the book was not accurate and unreliable. Update via whatsapp / telegram was done only TWICE a month which totally unacceptable. I did asked the management to improve on this but action taken was not consistent. I got to know about my kid's growth in the school only on the LAST DAY of the school.
INFECTIOUS DISEASE
It sadden me the most when school was very slow at handling infectious disease. After I asked, the management admitted they detected there were HFMD cases on 17th December 2021. I requested management to take action on this matter but nothing happen until I lodged complaint to HQ. Notice then was out on 25th December 2021.
On a BRIGHTER NOTE, my kid was happy to go to school. Thank you teachers for that.
Dear PIC, Please take time to analyse areas of improvement for the school and change for the better.
I pray current/future parents and kids happy with the school. Thank you.
