★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pleasant place to stay. Nice view and facilities. Management team and security are great. Safe residency and environement. Most are local resident.
But sometimes the sound of the highway user really annoying. 12am and above usually. But not that much. Still acceptable.. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm one of the many residents in Alam Serviced Apartment (also known as AISA). Truly proud being part of the community as I see people from here are helpful to each other (especially during the recent massive flood incident).
There's a 7-Eleven & 99Speedmart available here. Also a few groceries store. Thus for those who are seeking for top-up for their kitchen, it's very convenient.
Thumbs up! ? for the management team for always responsive & act promptly.
