The tower A Type B corner unit (the one furthest away from TnB) will be the best since it will be the most quiet (not facing the heavy traffic road like tower B) and the windows layout should in theory have a better view than the other layout types. Would be interesting to know what SDB will develop for the empty land in front of the LRT. If they are planning to build an entertainment mall (with bowling alley etc.) then SS16 would become the new Sunway pyramid when you combine lifestyle/family/entertainment/hypermarket all in one area. It will truly become the ideal TOD project.
