โ โ โ โ โ Terrible hotel with poor customer service, the service desk girl talking in the phone while registering, the security guard also never unlock the door when customer want to get in since too busy with his phone. The hotel owner going to bankrupt soon if the service remain like this. Dirty washroom as well.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice place for me and husband to rest after work. The price is reasonable. The aircond is not up to my expectation, a bit slow. The receptionist too polite until i cant hear her voice clearly. During my checked in, I saw another staff eating at counter. Hopefully the management can prepare a pantry for their staff. Overall is good.

โ โ โ โ โ For me not sure this time... perhaps bad luck ? My room , door access spoiled cannot lock, changed to another room , suddenly no power , had to change back to the original room, so door cannot locked... then the Internet basically is beside YouTube, Netflix or related entertainment sites all others, even popular sites for working ,such as for me I need to go github.com but it is blocked , worst than China firewall!

โ โ โ โ โ Normal cheap hotel, the air-conditioning is terrible, its not cooling and slow. The location is a bit secluded and there is no restaurants in walking distance. But if you're adventurous enough, you can walk to KTMB Station that are across the river from this hotel.
