★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best place to get your electronics, and so avoid at all cost! The salesmen are there not to help you but to scam and lie to you, especially if you look or seem inferior or without technical knowledge. I specifically asked for recommendation of laptop that suits my need of use but when I got home, the laptop does not perform as intended. They sent me to their next store Gloo. They display several laptops but most are out of stock. They will even lie to you regarding the repair services of the laptop and very adamant and resilient in their unwillingness to help you. They say different things in person vs on phone vs when you ask and probe further. I wonder what is the legalese of them doing this and whether there is KPDNKK protection for such situation. So, just sit back and watch the whites of their eyes as the world burn as they spew incorrect information to your face. At least, their theatrics are worthy of a comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased a laptop from this store. They provided me a very good service. This good service is not confined to a particular person but the whole bunch of staff there. There is this guy who helped me to set up the laptop. When he was away, automatically another guy came over to follow up on the progress. Not only to me, also apply to other customers. The staff here helpful and good thing is, they help each other's customer voluntarily. You will never feel unattended. Good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally I feel you can't go wrong with Dell. I had in mind that I wanted a particular computer, but they gave me some fair advice and I ended up choosing a less expensive laptop. However, I didn't buy the laptop at the Dell store because it was RM 410 cheaper in my local IT shop, Eight-Six Network in Semenyih.
