Biggest issue was they bait & switch price. Price I paid was 50RM more than advertised.
Find somewhere else unless you were desperate like me. If so, be aware you will be scanned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the staff are not customer service oriented but the ones that are go the extra mile, allowing you to test products before purchase (needed an adapter to fit my grounded US power switch). Competitive prices. Not always carrying stock of hot items though.

Purchased my laptop from here, after a year there were some problems with the laptop, called in to the store to ask for assistance.
While on the phone, I told them I have a warranty for 24 months, and they said to bring in to the store for a check and see what is the problem then only can fix. Guy on the phone said it would cost RM50.
Me being a first timer I thought that would include diagnose+fix since I have a warranty as the guy did not clarify. Wanting to have more assurance I called in a second time before going to the store.
On the call, I ask if this store can repair my laptop so that they don't outsource it to somewhere else as I want to be quick and efficient. They said yeah, they can repair it in the store, that I just have to send it in.
So I went to the store, they did not ask me for any clarification or anything (red flag), they just ask for my laptop. The guy then proceed to "diagnose" my laptop by just updating my drivers and some troubleshooting and then afterwards he told me that my laptop have to reformat. I didn't think anything of it and just went along with it.
After reformat, my laptop still the same problem nothing fixed. He then told me to send for warranty at manufacturer in lowyat??? Which I was so confused cause I told that was what I was doing. He then proceed to charge me RM50 for the diagnose and then another RM100 for the reformat??
Which I was not aware of when he was reformating my laptop. He did not let me know of the extra charges beforehand. I was stunned and shock. Confused still, I wanted to pay with card but he requested cash or even bank transfer to his personal account. (I should have known better)
At the end of the day, I did transfer to his personal and now that I think of it is a huge red flag. I wasted my time, petrol, risked my health to go out at this pandemic and got scammed of my money as my laptop is still the same.
UPDATE : Issue have been resolve swiftly! There were a huge misunderstanding and misinformation on their side. Complained through their fb page and the issue were taken seriously by their marketing and customer team and the issue were resolve within an hour? Really superb outstanding customer service, as they really care for their customer. Big thanks to Mr Cheong and All IT Hypermarket Admin for the big big help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store wears its name well. It is really the one-stop-shop for ALL IT needs. I'm not a techie. I avoid buying tech stuff but I absolutely needed some things for work. All the staff are pleasant but as a bonus I got all the guidance I needed from Harith who was extremely helpful! I left the store with everything I needed at a steal of a deal :-0
