Staff pretended not to see us and once we moved from the queue he let the others behind us. we confronted the staff and just informed that the virtual queuing is not working. What is the point of having a system that does not work. Never apologised for his behaviour. You just lost a customer. We came there to purchase an IMac and ipad pro. Midvalley have better customer service then you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my parents went there to get an Apple Watch, though there wasn't much choices to choose from, it's not a big issue. The staffs weren't as friendly. We've been roaming around for minutes expecting one worker to help us out, at last, none. There was literally 2 staffs available at that moment but they wouldn't bother.
We went up to Urban Republic at Level 5 and once entering I saw many friendly faces. They kindly guided us to their Apple Watches. They didn't have much choices either but overall we're satisfied.
I'd really suggest the owner of that place to tell your workers to be warm next time ?
