β β β β β Service at KLCC Isetan was a far-cry from their other branches. Was unfortunate to experience obvious double standard treatment from both the waiter and waitress, showing poor (and almost rude) service, while they'd turn around with instant change of warmth and friendliness towards expat customers. It's a huge disappointment in experience, definitely left bad taste from a brand like Senya who already established their name in the market.

β β β β β Quick and delicious food. Price is moderately more pricey but it is expected in the mall. Would come back again to try more dishes!

β β β β β Probably one of the more affordable Japanese dining places in KLCC, but still expect prices to be around rm20 to rm30 for a decent meal. Their chicken katsu is ok but had tasted better ones elsewhere for similar price.

β β β β β Udon, ramen and bento a la carte for around RM20, you can add RM6 to complete the meal. Reasonably good food quality of ingredients and tasty food.
Half priced pre made bento and sushi sets after 8pm on weekend (not sure about weekdays)! Go for it!!

β β β β β Japanese fast food.. you can order and eat in or take out the sushi and bento boxes. Price average around rm17 to rm25. Take note price listed not include gst so final price more expensive. Very hot eating here, it used to be ok but seems aircon not working properly for months now. Came several occasions and sweat like crazy while eating.

β β β β β Wanted to rate this place 1 star but decided to give it 2 stars as the food was actually tasty. Prepare to spend at least RM20 on a meal here. What I did not like was the service. Staffs were rude - I felt like me being there, eating was such a burden on them. They were so snobby and not friendly at all. Few instances: all silent when I was paying at the counter, no βthank youβ at all, and when I had requested for my green tea to be refilled (me - walking up to the counter), the staff had purposely filled the cup up to the brim, causing me to spill HOT green tea on my hands and the ground - he then proceeded to roll his eyes at me as if it was entirely my fault and that he had to clean up after me. Mind you, my hands were burning from the spill as well. Would not recommend going back unless youβre in a rush for lunch. Otherwise, thereβs other much better options available nearby.

β β β β β Have previously eaten here more than 5 years ago. Revisited this place for lunch today. Food is rated 3/5 for all carte orders. Freshly cooked food but my ebi fried curry rice was just average as the curry seems to be those you cook with the packaged Japan curry paste. Rice was not the Japan quality type.
The spicy udon was ok according to my wife. On the spicy side but she like but other than that the udon came with little minced pork and a small piece of egg not even half !
Seating area are typical of any Japan restaurant where the tables and chairs are tiny and seated closed to other.
Ok for a quick meal. Prices are standard Japanese range.
