★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price wise & product various types very good but with poor customer service. Went Lotus kepong last night the cashier very rude to all the customer in that particular cashier counter. Hope Lotus kepong to train the staffs how to learn manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh meat section is not fresh, everything looked old and hardened in ice. Very few counters open, after queueing, reach the counter, then the cashier says you need to use the app and scan your items . Could have informed us upon entering, right? The only reason i visit becis its has my baby's formula milk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and safe environment. The trolley is sometimes scattered and need to wait for the attendants to bring up. Trolley 50cents and there is a money changer machine near trolley station. MR DIY is available too. Quite big and a variety of things to find. Good for shopping

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 27th March 2022 (Sunday) (12noon), The designated trolley bay doesn’t have any provided trolley or trolley coin remover. This frustrates me as it cause such inconvenience for me to get back my coin as Tesco Lotus’s made 50cents out from me for a trolley. Loading my groceries all the way up to the top floor car park and then go back down to retrieve my coin would be a hassle as not everyone has time to do it. Even though if it’s ‘just 50cents’, money is still money. It has value and some people may really need the money back. Please be considerate as people are shopping and buying items from your business.

I suspect the mall operator didn't switch the air cond. Probably due to cost cutting? Its so hot in the mall. I don't think it's bearable for a typical Malaysian who expects air cond during the shopping.
What make it worse is that, they only open 3 counters (with cashiers) during weekend. Seriously, 3 counters during weekend night? Naturally, the queue is so long for every queue.
Overall, I'm very disappointed with Lotus's management of Lotus's. It makes the shopping experience is very bad. I'll try to avoid any lotus's mall at least for the next 3 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to shop with comforted and ease. Big and spacious mall. Parking is totally free. From basement up to level 3 parking. Well maintained mall. Clean and organized shop. So many shop and eateries available inside the mall.
