★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On this platform, I would like to praise Cik Sharifah from Allianz General Insurance KL, a simple and easy thing that could not be completed within four days at Allianz General Insurance Ipoh branch, she helped me to follow up and solve it. I shall give her a credit for having a code of ethics and appreciated her for doing job perfectly and raised her company goodwill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are ok and friendly but not too experienced in handling motorcycle oversea insurance. Only 2 counters was open when I visit and even with only 2 customers you still need to spend some time there in order to get your things done. They should have allow online to perform these task as I don’t see a lot of complicated information they requested from the owner.

During CMCO better call servicing agent to help on servicing target than go personally there.
Just my 2 cents....
