β β β β β Poor and bad service, long waiting, the staff very lack of product knowledge even basic for fixed deposit also unable to provide the feedback.
If you waiting for Personal Banking, you need to wait more than 1 hours until your turn. My bad experience: Starting waiting list for 13 ppl, even past for 1 hour, they only served to 7 customers and I still need to wait more 6 waiting the turn to me and end up I frustrated their service. Will switch service to other banks soon.

β β β β β I had great service from Ms.Tze Yun.
I really needed to either transfer or withdraw money from OCBC bank account. But my ATM card and Token were not with me and OTP via phone number was not working. In that situation I couldnβt do anything. Plus my bank is not OCBC Malaysia but OCBC Singapore. So called to call center in SG but operator couldnβt help me anything because of protecting personal information etc.
But staff in OCBC Malaysia did my best for me and she found the way I can transfer money. She is the best problem solver and very appreciated her best foot forward. Thank you so much!

β β β β β It's been a nightmare opening a business account with OCBC. Seems like I have been taking for granted the banks in the UK. 2 weeks to open an account, no card allowed even debit card, long wait again to receive the starter pack with token. Almost 2 months in total waiting to be able to access my account and funds. Why isn't there an app instead of token? I've been using apps for over 3 years now with other banks in England. Why do I need to have a formal letter from the company to take to the bank when requesting a printed bank statement? Both account holders were present at the bank and it doesn't add any extra security at all. Complete waste of time and bureaucracy. Why ask me what the statement is for? It's none of your business. I will be closing down my account in the next few weeks and hope a different bank has better service, it won't take much to beat.

β β β β β To me, is good service la. I went downtown today to settle some urgent matters. I didnβt know that I need to make prior appointment / booking first through the website. But because I was already there I and I request that I didnβt know the rules of the requirement (due to MCO3.0), so one of the officer at ground floor was kind to assist me. I didnβt get her name but if OCBC management is reading this, I would like to thank this lady officer at ground floor Counter 2, 14-August-2021 at 12.45noon. Give her bonus.

β β β β β a nice and polite girl who served me was swift and efficient compared to the RM who was supposed to serve me, but luckily I had my savings done in no time, this girl on the ground floor named Seline, I wish to give her good remarks or KIP points if ocbc mgmt has some kind of assessment on its employees, sigh...
Thanks to Seline for your swiftness, politeness and work efficiency, keep up the good work, I'm sure good work pays off ultimately.
