★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lodged a complaint against one of the staff who happens to be a Building Manager at the residence where I live. However, it was shocking & utterly disappointing to receive a reply such as " We will advise him". This man had not carried out his duties with professionalism & due care. Forceful use of authority by way of threat to personal property fell on blind eyes & deaf ears. Outright disgusting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management staff at Tri Pinnacle, Penang are the WORST. Not even a single star for them.
They always love to act like they are ABOVE EVERYTHING in this world. Talk arrogantly and as if they are the teachers and we’re the students. Lol How I miss my primary school life right. They talk unprofessionally and talk like as if they’re nagging a child.
They deserve to be FIRED.
Train your staff to handle issues professionally, and not to handle it in a way like they’re handling kids at school. The best way, don’t even hire those aunty and uncle to manage as they don’t have the brain to talk professionally as adults.
