★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient with nearby stores and all kind of facilities. With Taman Pudu Ulu just opposite a road, best for morning and evening walks or runs lover. There is a basement parking with TnG in the condo too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10-15 minutes walk from MRT Maluri, which is connected to LRT Maluri & AEON Maluri.
There’s a few convenient stores and restaurants on the ground level and plenty of food stalls nearby. A few mins walk to a mamak place, KK Mart, a pharmacy and grocery shop.
There’s a drop off and pickup area so it’s convenient. A few minutes walk from Taman Pudu Ulu.
The common area is equipped with a pool, a study space, a wifi room, a gym, a restaurant, a movie room (pay per entry/ hour), and even karaoke room (pay per entry / hour).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the neighbourhood this weekend having a short stroll after a lunch of char siew when a couple of bros on motorbikes stopped me and showed me their police IDs. I couldn’t tell if these plainclothes police were legit - and I don’t speak enough BM to have a convincing convo anyway - so I ignored them and walked away. They trailed / jio-ed me to stop, possibly to check my ID. I felt a chill down my spine and made a quick escape to this condo’s kopitiam which had a busy crowd. Those bros didn’t dare enter but gave me a friendly wave from outside. Woah. I’m so thankful for the kopitiam. I had to call a Grab to exit the area.
Hopefully the MP / 议员 / 民意代表 of the area can look into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to drop passenger and near to MRT station maluri and also nearest mall, aeon mall, sunway velocity. A bit crowded area but overall is ok. They have restaurant nearby, easy to buy food.
