★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're thinking of coming here, think again. Read all the negative reviews about this place, its all true. I thought of giving them the benefit of the doubt since there were still some decent reviews, but I now regret that decision. If you love your car, bring it somewhere else, to people who actually KNOW what they are doing.
Wait what? They give 20 percent commission if you recommend people to come? It just shows you how high of a markup they have over their services, and you as the customer will be paying the price for cheap products and labour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a platinum package here comes with 4 times free maintenance and has done 3 times coating maintenance for my experience here was dissatisfied
1. unspecified coating material
2. mostly evertimes after maintenance need to self clean up polish cream that left at whole car edges.
i sent my car for 4th maintenance last week lagi teruk
wouldn't not recommend unprofessional and not worth
just wipe off most of the edges here is some missing wipe panel photos

Jonathan especially was extremely customer friendly. He gave the right guidance and suggestions on colours etc. He was super easy to work with and to trust my car with.
I gave two cars in total for paint jobs and both turned out really well. I'm very happy with Alva and Jonathan especially.
I would definitely recommend Alva to my friends and family.
