โ โ โ โ โ One of the worst courier ever. It tooks nearly 5 days to ship parcel from seri kembangan to petaling jaya which is supposedly less than 3 days shipment. Plus, the the customer service (online chat) are useless, they are not even seeing your messages. My parcel stuck at petaling jaya for so long. Iโll never use dhl e-commerce service again.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst experience I've had with a delivery service. Local package from KL to PJ stuck 5 days in their hub, and their excuse was "a lot of backlog".
Then when I complained, they indicated they did not even know where my package was, as the hub had not updated. It took the hub 2 days to respond, and the package was then stuck again over the weekend, as it was sent to another terminal instead of directly to me. KL -> Puchong -> Subang -> SS2 would take a total of 12 days. Even my international packages arrived faster than that.

โ โ โ โ โ Service not best as an expected.. Thru the phone, staff promised to assist on shoppe seller, my goods stucked @ depot until couple of day hang on & not sure whose folks..seller or DHL ? but the goods stucked @ DHL selangor for more then 3 weeks until i cancel & get refund the order...so dissapointed...

โ โ โ โ โ My parcel was out for delivery on 9th March 2021 but undelivered due to vehicle breakdown, which is understandable. So, I called on 10th March at 9am, to let them know i need my parcel urgently ( medicine). The customer service put it in the delivery note.
I keep checking their tracking site, no changes made. Last update was 9th March. So i called again at 2pm, guess what. Still at PJ depot. The customer service was aware about โurgent delivery noteโ and suggest to do self collect if i need it urgently.
โTheyโre overwhelmed with parcelsโ at the moment (you are in this business so yes, thatโs expected). So instead of asking customer to understand the situation, why donโt you do something about it. Self collect by customer is not your solution.

โ โ โ โ โ Honestly, i don't want to give any stars at all. the parcel was collected on Thursdays night. so was expecting it to be delivered by Friday within selangor area. But nothing. then waited for Saturday, i called DHL regarding my parcel, they said dont worry, the delivery guy will call you before making the delivery, which is just bullocks!!! i really needed that parcel to be delivered to me. i tried calling dhl after 2 on saturday and they are CLOSED!!! and even if i wanted to do own collection, i had to notify them 1 day in advance. make it more difficult when they are closed during weekend. if they were open, i could do my own collection rather than wait till Monday!!. will NEVER USE DHL again. after experiencing this, did a research on dhl ecommerce and wow alot of bad reviews about them!
