★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give 0 stars. Phone number out of service, and two of my parcels have been stuck there for WEEKS. I can't call anyone for assistance and when I try to call the J&T hotline they just hang up. This is RIDICULOUS.
J&T Get your act together, other couriers like Ninjavan are so much better and reliable.

Called d incharge person but don't want to anwser. Status shows on hold for more than two weeks. Don't know how to get d parcel. It was for a wedding customer ordered. Until now no response

Staff : I came here twice to collect my parcel.
1st day they say gonna help me find and come back on tmr 12pm. When I come the next day, they ask me to wait till Monday. I didn't budge an inch, I request them to find my parcel on that day. My parcel contains medicine.
Phone number : No need to call. Phone number not in service. Waste time.
