★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had gone to the Putrajaya ASNB office today to add on some investment into my son's account. She had gone to the bank earlier on with my son to withdraw some money to enable her to do that. My son had also wished to set up an online account with ASNB so as to avoid the hassle of coming over to the office. They had to wait for about 30 minutes, standing outside the office, because there weren't enough chairs. A good sign that, despite the pandemic, support for ASNB is still strong. However, when it was their turn to move into the office proper, my wife ( she is 66 years old ) was ordered to leave the office as she had no transactions. She had been standing in the corridor for close to half an hour and was hoping for some respite to rest her feet until my son could complete his transactions. This will barely take 10 minutes, even less since the forms were already filled? However, the staff, a middle aged man, had rudely ordered my wife out. The reception at the ASNB office contrasted very differently from the warm reception she had at the bank.
Needless to say, she had vowed never to be back at the ASNB office if such uncouth and unprofessional staff should remain at the Putrajaya office and she may just withdraw all her investments and put that somewhere else. It is a shame that frontline staff at ASNB Putrajaya aren't more polite and show some consideration and discretion towards the welfare of their elderly clientele. We are very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seamless.There’s chair outside of premise as only 10 person can be inside premise at a time to follow C19 SOP.I do a transfer from ASB to my maybank account as maybank branch was close due to covid cases. Fast & efficient.

The line is pilling up, service per custoner too long.
There 6 counter, only 2 open, theres dozen queing outside.
Hello , we are the customer here not like we are begging for your money...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is terrible. I will point the bullet below in the reason to my rating
1. Poor customer service
2. Racist( I’m non Malay they did not let me accompany my partner to the branch) but after me he allow Malay customer to go with 2 pax. Terribly racist culture
3. Not organised procedure and format.
Particularly the guy in the picture who uses phone and playfully attend to customer.
4. Branch staff does not adhere to Bank Negara procedure.
Came here with an appointment and they ask me to leave because there is no document. But I have completed all my document.
Please don’t Invest this kind of platform if their customer service is not as 5 star when they welcome you for investment. Their service when you do a closure is messed up.
