★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to drop off my parcel. Staffs were not friendly at all. I talked to one of them, but she didn't even looked at me and showed no emotions. The tone used while talking was kinda rude. Could you please shows some respect? It didn't costs you any cents to give at least a smile. Don't work in customer service field if you can't serve customers right. Plus, there are no parking nearby. You have to park at paid parking area which is quite far. I prefer the old poslaju office near hero supermarket. Easy to park and staffs were super friendly but sadly the office has been shut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Space too crowded but that's fine. Car park always not a problem. Customer service boleh lah acceptable considering we were living in a third world country so should expect to see some bad quality of works. I had only two issues with the delivery boy so far but compared to post laju Ipoh as overall, here far ok lagi lah. However, the staff could at least show some smile and not pouting all the time. Everytime I came here all the same and it was like I greeted the wall or smiling in front of robots :(. Very sad to see our community has somehow turned sour day to day, literally everywhere.
EDIT: OCTOBER 2018
They has changed the venue and now PosLaju Putrajaya officially located at opposite to Istana Kehakiman (Palace of Justice) and beside the ASNB & Maybank office. This new office is beautiful and no more crowded. However, the service STILL sucks :( nothing is changed I can tell you that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall Pos Malaysia need to improve its service. Been experiencing a few times on registered letters. Was at home, no one from Pos Malaysia came. But check status its shows unsuccessful delivery as no one at home. Kajang area. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depends on day u came visit. Parking space is almost none so you must walk quite a distance. Guess their customer target is staff within nearby building. There is one particular staff who was always rude. The other staff can be more helpful and friendlier.

I live abroad and expected a package today (ordered in advance and knew I was going to get the package daysss before I leave) and I leave in a few days. I was so excited for this package and I’m not willing to outwardly go out of my way to get it in Putrajaya.
I was home waiting, not even the guards called to give me a heads up for a delivery. The guys didn’t even SHOW UP and even if I wasn’t home just drop it off in the MAIL BOX?? or at the door??
Not even a MESSAGE or a PHONE CALL??
Malas betul la korang ni, delivery attempt apa? Tak letak effort pun. Pathetic delivery service, this is why no one uses you guys.
