★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yet another terrible experience with MayBank. No answer to simple question related housing loan. They tossed me to three different contact numbers including MayBank Putrajaya but no answer to a question as simple as "can we extend our loan from 80% to 90% after approval? Even the last call ended with disappointing suggestion to speak with someone else. I am already your customer (Bank Account, Saving Account, Home Loan) show some interest please.

I went in the other day to re-activate my account and ATM card, and it was all done on-the-spot within 5 min of entering the bank. No need to take a number and queue. The person at the reception desk can take care of it. Very good.
The ATM card was active again instantly.
I could use PayWave immediately after walking out of the bank.
No delay.
I wish they don't de-activate the online account so easily, but at least the re-activation can be done rather efficiently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worse experience ever. i'm applying refinance from this branch from early Jan 21. just last week.i got the call from lawyer for agreement signing. the officer who process the loan.doing a lot of mistake. keep asking the document copy even its been handed over from the first day application. maybank should consider to replace more focus officer while serving the service.
