โ โ โ โ โ Becareful especially parent who want to keep their money in Fix Deposit. Last few week my antie go there to renew her FD, because of the trust of the Ambank staff, she just mention I want FD, at the end the staff Lee help my antie to open 1 FD account and 1 ASN. She only notice it after few day take the slip and see, why got sales charges 5% ? Normally FD wont get any sales charges. Right? Then she just asking us, then only know that the bank staff already use her money to but ASN without her permission.
I dont like this kind of service because this is a good plan, but why use this type of technich to sell? When we go n meet Lee, Then only you say its a good plan for antie. From beginning, u already agree, antie got mention all money she want to put at FD, that's why she purposely go to Ambank that day. But at the end, Lee use antie 's money to but ASN n FD, Poor service.
Pls be careful, if u want to go to bank, pls bring somebody can believe and know about the finance knowledge to avoid this thing happen

โ โ โ โ โ Went during EMCO, they follow SOP, staff are helpful. went there to update credit card address. the officer helping me are very helpful. got all my thing done with a glicth. recommended

โ โ โ โ โ Interest given is not consistent. Short changing customers. Their reason was that they were confused with the rates. Youโre handling our money and you mentioned that you are confused ??

โ โ โ โ โ Stupidest bank ever. I stay in Taman Sea area and they did not allow me to open a bank account in their bank and refer me to another โnearerโ branch. Both branches are equally near. Do I need to measure it exactly? Stupidest bank. The front lady answered me rudely and not welcoming at all. Hope HQ takes action on the lady attitude.
