★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 绝了 第一次遇到这么没礼貌的柜台人员， 跟他说我的acc还没注册过online， 他用非常不耐烦+看不起人的语气说在这边开acc的都注册过? 说是不是忘记username...无语如果注册过, 我还不记得吗痴呆了? Worst customer service!
It’s the first time I met such an impolite counter staff, and told him that my acc has not been registered online. He said in a very impatient + despising tone that all the accusers here have registered? Forgot username... speechless. If I have registered, do I still remember being demented? Worst customer service!

The service was unsatisfactory. Because it delayed my business. 2 times I left. 3 times it closed at 2 pm. Just asked for a refund.
