If you call these numbers, good luck! Nobody's going to pick up, if they ever pick up, the rude customer service person will redirect the call and in the end the call will end itself. Easy job right? After several times trying, they simply hangup the phone even before I manage to say hello. Regret having business with them. Worst customer service ever! The1 star is for d brand, Public Bank..customer service super lousy. Only 3 staff to serve more than 50 customers & its almost closing time. Am sure can improved?

I tried to called many times to their Hire Purchase Department, no one answer the phone. I know that Public Bank will never take action to this kind of issue, but I still think I need to leave a review for others people. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS BRANCH! IT'S AWFUL!

Agreed with all the comments before me. Worst customer services, all staff are not trained for customer services. Attitude problem and rude from the most junior to those senior Manager, Ms Lee that rose her voice and blunt, Kim that speak impatiently, rudely and bluntly, Ms Toh the first one that answered my call and transferred me to other department without telling that department what was my enquiries about. Poor management. I know this comment will not be entertained and Public Bank wouldn’t care but just want to share with the rest that Public Bank don’t need our business as our business are too small for them to care and maintained.
