β β β β β Sebab orang dalam dia sombong, terus aku kosongkan akaun. Kita open account dulu pun dekat KL. Staff KL baik gila. Takkan nak tanya "boleh ke nak print account statement?" pun nak ambil nombor kot. Simple question je pun. Kita ni bukan la hari2 ke bank. Ada masa mungkin tak pun. Keluarkan duit pun jarang2. Dah sah2 semua benda boleh buat secara online. Kecuali nak print account statement selepas 6 bulan sebab amonline ada 6 bulan sahaja. Nak taknak kena ke kaunter. Dah tu takde sape dekat kaunter ambil nombor tu nak guide or tanya soalan simple macam tu. kita nak tekan untuk service apa untuk nombor. Skrin ambil nombor tersorok. Kita ni ingat tekan tablet tu. Nasib ada customer lain bagitau. Encik dekat sebelah atm tu. Tersorok dekat tepi2. Dari tepi macam frame gambar dah. Masuk2 mmg takkan nampak la kalau org first time masuk situ. Tersorok gila tempat ambil nombor. Siapa yang bijak sangat arrange benda dalam tu. Rasa macam bodoh dekat situ. Semua benda tak friendly. Staff pun tak friendly. Ke sebab aku selekeh time tu. Korang pun takde la hebat mana pun. Bukan actuarial ke, analyst ke. Dah org tak ramai. Nampak aku macam sesat kan dalam tu. Panggil la tanya. Obviously aku sorang je depan kaunter. Takde extra mile. Takde inisiatif. Ko tau tak aku bukak akaun dekat kl sentral. Akak yang assist aku tu baik gila. Dekat Kl sentral. Sampai sini ambank teluk intan. Eh. Celakanya service. Terus malam tu aku transfer duit aku ke bank lain. Ada la tinggal beberapa ratus je dalam tu. Apa beza sangat service dekat KL dengan dekat sini? Ko jangan sampai aku bercita2 tinggi masuk ambank. Join projek diorang. Aku AI kan semua sistem sampai tak ada lagi staff kaunter diperlukan. Rasanya bank paling cepat update system. Hopefully, semua benda di 'AI' kan. Tak perlu lagi manusia yang jaga kaunter tu
