β β β β β servis teruk, nk tebus BPN patut nma suami atau isteri, tp bila suami yg pegi ckp tak boleh terus?? cawangan langkap boleh je.. dah kol customer servis pn cakap boleh.. haihh eloknye berenti le keje tu jd cleaner lg baik
 bad service, don't pay BPN should be the husband or wife, but when the ex-husband can't keep the branch going .. the customer service can talk .. can not be good enough to be good

Bwk nenek sy yg berumur lebih 80 tahun, pegawai yg mnjaga suruh Q di luar sbb dalam xboleh masuk utk tgu.sy boleh Q di luar tp apa salahnya kalau nenek sy dibenarkn duduk di dlm. Pakai face mask ikut SOp.. duduk atas tembok kt luar ni lg berisiko. Xkan dtg klau tiada urusan pntg..tp bila dh dpt masuk urusan lancar. Tq
Not friendly. Bwk grandma sy who is over 80 years old, the officer in charge told Q outside so inside x can enter for tgu.sy can Q outside tp what's wrong if grandma sy is allowed to sit inside. Wear a face mask with SOp .. sitting on the wall outside is also risky. Xkan dtg klau no business pntg..tp when dh can enter business smoothly. Tq

β β β β β Tq adik kaunter 1 , date 21/06/2021(Isnin ; 1.45pm) mudahkan urusan mak akak buat kad bsn walaupun terpaksa pegi kat kereta untuk ambil cap jari sebab mak tak boleh jalan. Pukul 2 dah tutup(pkp kan), tp still boleh bagi service layanan yang baik. Alhamdulillah, keep the good work ya!
Tq adik kaunter 1, date 21/06/2021 (Monday; 1.45pm) facilitated my mother's business to make a bsn card even though I had to go to the car to take my fingerprint because my mother could not walk. It's closed at 2 o'clock (pkp right), but it's still possible for good service. Alhamdulillah, keep the good work!
