โ โ โ โ โ This is not the bank you wanted to do your banking. The employees are not there to help. They are just interested in their phone.
I was there yesterday 18/02 wanted to check on the FD rates. No staff was at the enquiry counter so I just wait for someone to come by. Almost 10 minutes and still no one came. Notice that the two staff ( chinese guy on the right and Chinese lady sitting on the left ) are busy on their cellphone ( looks like texting ) no one even bother to ask if I need any help. Frustrated I left. Wonโt step into this or any public bank no more

Ms.Chan being extremely patience in guiding & assisting me when I was there to open my current account.
