★ ★ ★ ★ ★ spa is not service efficient... too much of waiting time with machines malfunction more than 15 minutes...and ended up got to wait for a couple of minutes more to change machine..therapist also taking too long in between regime to walk in and out of the room...not the first time encountered such lagging in service...but ths time is the worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very detailed service and explanation by therapist Im. Compared to my previous experience when under the name Hannan Medispa, Skin Valet have definitely improved a lot. Thank you Im for step by step explanation and care.
Just hope that laser alternatives ada lepas ni and ada trial or promo session more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid RM30 for a super basic 10 minute "skin analysis". The consultant's knowledge on skin diseases was.... mediocre at best. I didn't even get any written result that I can bring back. Disappointed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The consultation by Dr. Isma was good. Lps buat treatment I felt my skin fresh and smooth je..seriously suka sgt.. Thinking of nak sign up package since the price also reasonable. The service also superb. Thank you Dr. Isma and all staffs in Hannan Medispa Bangi :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called from Pahang to inquire about the skin service - they told me to come for skin checkup by using special - I went the same day (Pahang to Bangi, Selangor) - arrived there and they told me the machine was down. Wow… Then asked me to choose package.. coming from so far, of course I will end up settled on one of the freaking package. Very irresponsible marketing method.
During the session, the girl doing carbon peeling did it halfheartedly, talking with friends and on phone… What a longkang level service.
All in all, just another money driven garbage “skin rejuvenating” center.
Not worth it.
