★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever rent any unit here. First the common areas are very grubby and poorly lit,t apart from being old. And there is any cdo facilities.
From time to time, I visit my tailor friend on a high floor. The most recent visit, there was only one derelict lift serving an entire block of 19-floor apartments. The other lift broke down some 1 year ago and has not been brought to life yet.
At times, both lifts broke down and all people got to climb as high as 19 floors to reach their destination.
I surely won't want to pay good rent for such a dilapidated lift-less dwelling. Go look for somewhere better if you don't want to regret.
Woeful. It happened since yesterday - BOTH the lifts broke down again. It is like sure to recur because they (lifts) are well passed their life spans. Climb .. climb .. 19 floors up. It is hell.
