★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cons - Badly maintained. Need new coats of paint due to rain water marks and molds - some of the corridors looks like a horror movie!! Maintenance office staff never smiles and had experience where my electric and water supply 'accidentally' cut off although I never miss payment. Trash cans at the lift area are always full although I always see some cleaning ladies mopping the floor everyday.
Area can be super congested due to location next to a primary Chinese school - parents are really inconsiderate and blocked half of the road as their children would take their nice sweet time to get to their car.
Pros - Location - easy to go to KL via Jalan Ampang, PJ via Sg Besi Tol and KLIA/Putrajaya via MEX. There is also rapid bus to LRT Cempaka station and locations in KL. Taxis and Uber are easy. Lots of pasar malam in different areas - the best at Taman Seraya on Friday nights. Next to McD and across the road from mamak, car mechanic, Speedmart 99 - if you are willing to walk a bit, you can drive but parking is hell during daytime. Petrol stations are plenty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good trust me. It have a pretty big swimming pool which have a good depth so for someone that have a height of 150 cm and above it is nice. But still can't compare to other condominium's swimming pool cause they got better swimming pool than this one. Though you still can swim in it anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the indian security uncle who is very friendly. Didnt see him anymore tho. Where did he go? Btw for the pool i think it didnt need to follow strict SOP anymore. Covid has been declared endemic and allowing only 4 person at one time swimming is ridiculous. Hopefully we can swim at night too since most of us work during the day
