★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renting as Airbnb and the environment was okay. Just need some upgrade for the lift or the surrounding. The swimming pool considered clean and indoor parking is available too. Driving distance to get food, order from foodpanda or grabfood is available here. Public transport like mrt shuttle bus, rapid bus no. 300, mpaj free bus is also available in walking distance from condo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management, please reference to other management company. How other management company to manage and the management fee is for what. Think about it. Why other Condominium allow drop off and this condo management team not allow drop off? No one owner willing to pay a management team with only sit at the guard house and poor attitude to treat people. Even police also got know how to treat people nicely. Who u think u are? If u cannot fully collect all the debt for management fee, means that there are a lot of problem come out in the management way.
Please don't hire some rude worker, over 50 years old to do the management crew, please..... OR THE GUY IS VERY GOOD IN HEALTH WITH OVER 50 YEARS OLD
BECAUSE THE PERCENTAGE OF SAFETY FOR PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE CONDO MIGHT HAVE A BIG REDUCE.
I HOPE MY REVIEW WON'T LET YOU DISAPPOINT, I AM JUST TELL THE TRUTH AND WHAT I SEE!!!!
SUGGESTION: BETTER CHANGE A MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
