★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya nak share pengalaman sy pd hari ni 29 April 2021. Pagi tadi dalam 10am sy call klinik dan staff yg jawap call tu sangat lah biadap dan kurang ajar ( CHINESE WOMAN )
belum sempat saya tnya soalan saya dia jawap you mau apa , mau apa ?? Sekarang sy sngat busy dgn nada suara yg sangat KASAR. Then sy tnya ni doktor ke ( sy terfikir dia doktor ke smp sgt busy dan agak sombong bila jawap call ) tak pasti sama ada dia doktor atau bukan, tapi sy rasa dia hnya lah staff yg jawap call. Sy kecewa sgt dgn service klinik ni... padahal sy mmg urgent sangat nk pergi klinik ni pd hari ni sebab ayah sy sakit teruk. Sy call sbb ada perkara yg sy hendak tanyakan tapi bila staff jawap call layanan dia sgt lah biadap. Harap pihak klinik siasat hal ni dan jangan ambil staff yg biadap dan kurang ajar seperti dia.
 I want to share my experience today, April 29, 2021. This morning at 10am I called the clinic and the staff who answered the call were very rude and impolite (CHINESE WOMAN)
I haven't had time to ask my question, he answered what do you want, what do you want ?? Now I'm very busy with a very ROUGH tone of voice. Then I was a doctor (I thought he was a doctor in junior high school, very busy and a bit arrogant when answering the call) I wasn't sure if he was a doctor or not, but I thought he was the only staff who answered the call. I am very disappointed with the service of this clinic ... even though it is very urgent for me to go to this clinic today because my father is seriously ill. Sy called sbb there are things sy want to ask but when the staff answered the service call he was very rude. Please the clinic investigate this matter and do not take rude and impudent staff like him.
