★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Number of patience tells all. Been with Dr.Ong from 1st child in 1998 up till now. A patient doctor who's always with a smile (more like a grin) when attending to patient even the most difficult of child. Prescription given almost always resulted in speedy recovery. Take time to offer advise to new parents on how to handle their young ones.
Service comparable to specialist in private hospital, cost of consultation and medicine exceed service provided.
Down side is doctor quite old-fashioned and clinic needs facelift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old clinic. Facilities have never been modernized but the Pediatrician Dr. Ong is very good though. Cash only here. They don't accept debit or credit cards. Not even medical cards from any of the big health insurers.
Parking around here is very difficult especially during week days. If it's raining, it's even more difficult to get to. Can be really crowded during weekends. You can expect up to two hours wait. Consultation fee (without medication) is usually around RM60.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ong has been our family paediatrician for almost 30 years. Myself, sibling, cousins, nephews etc have all been cared for by Dr Ong at one point in our life. Highly experienced and knowledgeable, extremely professional and always with a kind grandfatherly manner. If you're looking for fancy clinic with a flashy waiting room this is not for you. It's old style with rather surly reception but efficient despite long waits at times. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ong was very knowledgeable, gentle with my baby and very emphatetic. He explained things in detailed and patient with our questions. Gave good practical advice without giving us any attitude if you know what I mean. This is how all doctors should be!
Reasonable fees and one of the few children's clinics that is opened on Sundays.
Staff was polite and friendly.
Note that payment is cash only.
