β β β β β It is a great place but be careful with renting house from the developer they have unfair Tenancy Agreements and they don't really care about the Tenant and they don't explain everything to you, however not all of them bad only the developer but the Agent of Developer Ms Tan she is so nice so cute so honest only her management is bad,, here i'm writing about the Developer but the management of the building they are good so if you want to have a house ask the management office or find on websites and ask them if the unit belong to developer please avoid it because you will have headache every day they don't know how to run business or take care of customer

β β β β β View from higher floor is very nice. No obstruction by adjacent buildings.
As Mosque is very close, sound blast from high capacity speaker at mosque. Recommend to avoid rooms facing south.
Maintenance usually takes one month.
Furniture dragging noise will disturb you during night. Shops are close including Korean super market.
Best place for those doesn't care about noise and late maintenance.

β β β β β Most of these people giving feed reviews are people who are trying to sell you houses. Here's a review from some one who lived here for seven years.
This such a terrible place to live in. First I would like to address the elevators, most of the time they do not work. 200 houses using one elevator and the others are not working. Once I had to go up from the first floor to the seventeenth floor using stairs because the elevators are not working (as usual). Just imagine other people in other situations like, in a hurry, need to pee, asthma issues, have to carry groceries, a mother carrying a baby, children,etc .. And when I complained to the security guard, he said it's okay it'll get you in shape. Excuse me?
The playground is also awful. You are not allowed to step on grass, skateboard, ride bicycle, shout, and no running. Wth???? No running? What if people wanna go jogging? Or kids want to play? You are also not allowed to walk around the swimming pool and if you are 14 and younger, you can't swim in the big pool, you have to swim in the baby pool.
Security guards are the last people you want to talk to, they are very rude to you. If you are a Muslim, they will not respect you, if you are a child, they will not respect you. So guess who they respect? Hot ladies. I am not joking.
And if you are a hot lady, will they respect you? No. Simply they will hit on you.
There is a gate when you come in for pedestrians, every time you come in without access card, they will ask for ID and phone number, house number,passport number, and date and time. I mean this is okay for a visitor who comes in but NOT FOR A RESIDENT WHOM YOU SEE COMING IN AND OUT AND RECOGNIZE EVERY DAY!!!!!
I have to register more than four times a day, because my family is big and I can't afford 9 access cards and each is for RM90!!
Any way, if you want to move in, trust me, don't. Bye

β β β β β Worst. The guard is not friendly at all. During mco no visitors can come visit. Most appartment limit amount of visitors. But this one strictly block and follow resident from gate to lift saying want to report the residents for bringing one visitor in to pray. Very rude experience
